Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.  We ship via USPS whenever possible and we ship via FedEx or DHL for International Orders. Please note that when you place an order, we may be in contact with you if stock is unavailable and this will cause delays in processing/shipping your order, if you do not respond in a timely manner.  

 

FREE GROUND SHIPPING

Please allow anywhere from 4-7 business days to receive ground shipping orders. 

 

EXPEDITED SHIPPING 

Expedited orders typically arrive within 1-2 business days, as long as all the items on the order are in-stock. 
Please note that we may be in contact with you if stock is unavailable and this will cause delays in shipping if you do not respond in a timely manner.Orders (especially for Bohyme products) must be placed well before 1pm EST to typically be shipped out same-day Monday-Friday. Express shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and rural/remote locations may take a little longer to deliver.  Please note your appointment date and time in Order Notes, so we can try to ship accordingly.  

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

International orders should be paid by PayPal to avoid holds placed on unverified international credit cards. If your payment information is unverified, we may ask for further documentation including card issuer contact information. We ship to the following countries:

We typically ship via FedEx or DHL. We can't guarantee delivery dates for any international orders, and orders are estimated to deliver anywhere from 5-10 business days. Tracking numbers for FedEx or DHL will be provided/emailed once your order ships. 

Sunny's Hair and Wigs ships DDU, “duties and taxes unpaid” and does not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes. If additional charges incur, you are responsible for payment to have your package clear customs.

 

HOLIDAY SHIPPING 

Sunny’s Hair is closed on Holidays and does not ship on New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Eve, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.

 

UNAVAILABLE STOCK 

Sometimes products are out of stock or not available for immediate shipping. We will notify by email. At that time, you may elect to keep the order on backorder and wait for the product to come back in-stock, accept an alternate color/length/product, or cancel your order.

Returns

To be eligible for a Full Refund  on Sunny's Indian Hair:

  • Hair must be unopened and in it's original packaging in all aspects. This means that hair cannot be removed from the binding or taken apart. 
  • Hair must be returned within 25 days of the Order Date.  
  • Returns must be associated with a RMA#. Please contact your dedicated representative or orders@sunnyshairandwigs.com and be approved to have a RMA# issued to you. 
  • We do not refund shipping costs and you are responsible for return shipping costs. We only accept returns with an RMA#. 
  • Le Prive Hair Extensions are not eligible for returns or refunds and are sold FINAL SALE.  You assume the risk if purchasing an incorrect color, length, or type. This includes Le Prive, Capellia, and Hair Couture purchases. 
Exceptions for Sunny's Indian Hair ONLY:
  • We have a strict NO REFUND policy on Indian Hair Clip-In Extensions and Indian Hair Halo Extensions. If any of the hair bindings are removed, per NY State Health Code Regulations, we cannot return or exchange Indian Hair. 
  • However, we do make exceptions on a case-by-case basis. We are very proud of our products, and believe in the integrity and quality of our hair. If something isn’t right with your Indian Hair, please contact us at orders@sunnyshairandwigs.com.
