We ship International Air via United States Postal Service or Fed Ex and packages are expected to arrive 6-10 business days. We can only provide tracking numbers for USPS and FedEx, which may be linked to tracking numbers provided by your local post.
Sunny's Hair and Wigs ships DDU, “duties and taxes unpaid” and does not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes. If additional charges incur you are responsible for payment for your package to clear customs.
Sunny’s is closed for the Holidays and does not mail any packages on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day or New Year's Eve or New Year's Day. Express Shipping is not available from December 23- Jan 2.
Sometimes products are not available for immediate shipping. We will notify by email about the backorder status with an estimated ship date. At that time you may elect to wait for the product to ship, accept an alternate color or length or cancel your order.
We at Sunny’s are very proud of our products and believe in the integrity and quality of our hair. If something isn’t right with your order, please contact us at email@example.com and inform us of your issue. While we have a strict NO REFUND policy on Clip In Hair Extensions and Le Prive Hair Extensions we do allow for returns on Indian Hair Extensions with strict conditions. If the hair binding is removed as per NY State Health Code we CANNOT Return or Exchange Indian Hair.
But let's say... you are skeptical of online hair extension vendors or you just don't know if our wave pattern or colors will blend....go ahead try us out...open your package but DO NOT remove the binding if you are unsure. If you would like to return the hair you have 7 days within receipt of your package to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We do not refund shipping costs and you will be responsible for return shipping costs. We only accept returns when an RMA # has been issued and you have contacted us to approve the return with the RMA #.
We do allow for ONE product exchange within ten days of purchase or receipt on intact and unused hair still in the original packaging.
To make an exchange, please email us at email@example.com and we will send detailed instructions for where to ship your exchange.
There is 15% restocking fee on all exchanges
Send an email with the tracking information to firstname.lastname@example.org along with your desired product. We must approve the exchange prior to you sending the package and every exchange or return requires an RMA # which must be written on the outside of the package
You will be responsible for any additional shipping charges and the difference in the cost of the exchanged goods. All exchanges will be shipped standard rate once tracking information is confirmed.
