Starting with the VMA's. Let's just first give Beyonce all the shine! She was the VMA's this year. We loved her performance but even more we liked her more subtle Red Carpet hair with a longer tousled bob. We noticed it was a trend with several ladies rocking a longer bob this year. We liked Chanel Iman and Taylor Swift's approach to it as well.
The Emmy's erred on the side of caution with hair trends for the Red Carpet. We can't really declare anyone knocked our socks off but... we did like Camila Alves sleek and dark look.
To achieve this look we'd use Double Drawn Natural Straight Indian Hair in 22" to get the heavy and sleek look she has. It also helps to have her amazing eyebrows.
We also really liked Claire Danes overall look. She wore Kim Kardashians' wedding dress by Givency in a looser and red interpretation but paired it with this modern yet romantic fishtail braid.
Overall, we weren't blown away by the hair and beauty on the red carpet. Who were your favorites?
