So we have created a unique online policy... when you receive your Indian hair wash, condition and brush your hair. Run your fingers through it make sure you love the way it's wefted, and the ends look healthy and it will blend with your hair!
Make sure you keep the packaging intact and the label on while you do this... and if it just doesn't feel right, email us within 7 days and we will send a return label and issue a refund (minus the shipping costs).
We can only offer this for Virgin Indian hair.
On Le Prive, Bohyme and Lord & Cliff we have to charge a restocking fee.
