Sunny's Hair & Wigs Online LLC requires the original sales receipt with your exchange.
Place the unopened, unworn and unwashed merchandise in a box with your original invoice or receipt, then send the package back to Sunny’s via insured, trackable mail to the address below. Please allow 1 billing cycle from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.
We suggest for client’s who have never ordered human hair to order a color ring for $25. You may do this by emailing customerservice@sunnyshairandwigs.com to process this request. We also suggest this method for salons who intend to custom blend hair for their clients.
ITEMS OUT OF STOCK: Adequate inventory is in stock. Sometimes, however, demand exceeds expectations for a given period. If a certain item is not on hand you will be contacted by e-mail. You may then choose to wait, cancel your order, or choose another item. No response to our email may result in delay of shipment, cancellation of your entire order or automatic shipment of the remainder of your order minus the item(s) which are out of stock. We will always refund you for items out of stock.
