Redeeming your eGift Certificates

e-Gift Certificates can be redeemed only online at Sunnyshair.com, not in Sunny’s retail locations.. Recipients of e-Gift Certificates must have e-mail and access to the internet in order to receive and redeem their online e-Gift Certificate. At this time, e-Gift Certificates are not available for purchase or redemption Internationally.

When you purchase an online e-Gift Certificate with Sunnyshair.com.com, we will automatically send the recipient an e-mail within 24 hours, including the e-Gift Certificate code and instructions for use on Sunnyshair.com.com. The code should be entered onto the Payment Information page of the checkout process. If the amount of the order exceeds the amount of the e-Gift Certificate, the recipient will need to use a credit card to pay for the balance of the order. If any online store credit is available to the recipient, then the store credit will automatically be applied first.

e-Gift Certificates may only be used to purchase merchandise and cannot be used to purchase other e-Gift Certificates or store Gift Certificates. Sunnyshair.com will not honor Sunnyshair.com Gift Cards or e-Gift Certificates sold by any other vendor or person other than Sunnyshair.com. (back to top)

eGift Certificate Expiration

Only promotional eGift or coupon codes have an expiration date. e-Gift Certificates purchased by our customers on Sunnyshair.com.com do not expire. (back to top)

Combining eGift Certificates

You can use one e-Gift Certificate towards the purchase of your order. Just enter the code in the e-Gift Certificate area of the Payment Information step in the checkout process. (back to top)

Recovering and/or Resending e-Gift Certificates

Send an e-mail to our Customer Service department and we will resend the redemption code for the e-Gift Certificate to the original recipient address. Please remember to include the recipient e-mail address and/or the order number with which it was purchased. If you sent the e-Gift Certificate to the wrong e-mail address, please contact our Customer Service department. Our representatives will only be able to resend your e-Gift to a different recipient if it has not been redeemed.

Promotional e-Gift Certificates and coupons cannot be resent or recovered if deleted. (back to top)

Returning eGift Certificates

e-Gift Certificates that have already been sent but have not yet been redeemed can be returned to the original purchaser's credit card. The e-Gift Certificate is automatically cancelled upon the return. Please note that we cannot recall an e-Gift Certificate e-mail after it has been sent. (back to top)

Returning Orders Paid by eGift Certificates

An online store credit will be issued to the gift recipient for the full amount of the merchandise return. Sunnyshair.com.com does not offer exchanges or cash refunds for e-Gift Certificate purchases. Any funds charged to a credit card will be automatically credited to the same card. (back to top)
